This game is good choice to get everyone warm up and bond especially at game nights, house parties, and reunions. Split guests into small groups and give each group stacking materials like cups, boxes, blocks or balloons to make it more challenging. Make it fast paced by set a timer and challenge each group to build the tallest free-standing tower, before time runs out. Teams will get creative and work together to make a perfect tower. Search the Puzzle

This team building game is exciting and will get everyone get together on the mission of gathering. Take a set of puzzle and hide its pieces before the game starts. Depending on how challenging is the hiding you can even leave some clue cards. Show them the image of the puzzle so they know what they are looking for. I prefer to use puzzle set that is simple and has different color background, like the one our kids have so that teams don’t get mixed up searching the wrong puzzle.

Team that searches all the puzzle pieces and make the puzzle the fastest wins. This game will help everyone build together as team and bond over it.

Just One Line

This game takes team bonding to next level by trying to understand each other. One member of the team is given a word, phrase or image and they need to explain it to their group with just one sentence without saying the thing explicitly. The player need to get creative and come up with ways to tell it to the team in just one sentence. And the team must try to get to guess it right in the given time. It can be 1 or 2 minutes. This game is perfect for game nights and reunions to get the party started.

Bridge the Gap

This a creative team building challenge that make everyone get together to win the game. Place 2 chair at a small distance and provide team with materials like paper, cardboard, cups, or tape. The team need to build a bridge that can span a small gap between two surfaces and hold a light object like a ping-pong ball. It will be fun and hilarious to see different ways teams come up with to bridge the gap. It let them bond over sharing ideas and building together.

Catch the Match

This is a fast-paced team building game. All you need to do is prepare a set of matching cards or objects like socks pair, box and lid, and scatter them face down on a table or scatter them around the room. Set a timer for 1 minute and everyone need to work together to find and pair the matching items as quickly as possible. When the time is over the team with most right pair collected wins. Teams get along by helping each other.

Don’t Say the Word

This is an easy low energy game that can be played while all are seated and you don’t need to prepare for it. One player from each team gets a word from other team, that need to help their team guess. The team can talk ask question about it but cannot say the word. It fun to play at cozy gathering without much hustle. Perfect for house warming or reunion when everyone prefer relaxed vibe.

Who’s Good with Emoji’s

This light-hearted team building game for creative minds. Each team give a song to one of the player of opposite team. Set a timer of 2 minutes and the player need to draw the emojis or use phone to help the team guess the song with the series of emoji. They cannot talk but only use emoji to guess right. It gest very hilarious to see how differently people interpret the same emojis, making this a great game for laughter and bonding at any gatherings.

Rank It or Loose

This team building game is all about bonding at another level by discussing, debating, and coming up with a common decision. Give each group a list of items or choices, scenarios. They need to rank everything in order of importance or preference. There’s no right or wrong answer but its about all getting along and agreeing on one final ranking before time runs out. Host gives a secret word to one person of the team and the rest of the group can ask only three questions to guess what it is. Since its just 3 questions everyone must work as a team and agree on what to ask. The limited number of questions makes it fun, and naturally encourages teamwork and discussion.

No Talking

This team building game is a silent challenge that the team must work together. Host gives each team a simple task or challenge like building, sorting, organizing and they must work together to win but without talking. They can use hand gestures to communicate but not talk. To make it more exciting set a time limit. The limitation to not speak often give some funny moments for everyone to laugh.

This is a chatty team building game they truly helps them bond. Set a timer for few minutes and all the team members must talk and come up with similarities. It can be their liking, hobbies, work, movies any thing. The whole point is to share and learn about each other and come up with similarities among them by the time ends.
